This Privacy Policy explains how the Cat vs Glass Android game (the “App”) processes information. The App is published on Google Play by Norbert Győri (“we”, “us”, or “the developer”).

1. Data controller and contact

Data controller: Norbert Győri, Denmark.

2. Information processed by the App

Information you provide

The App does not require an account or sign-in. You do not need to provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, messages, precise location, or payment-card details to play.

If you contact us by email, we process the email address, message, and any other information you choose to include so that we can respond to your request.

Information stored locally on your device

The App stores gameplay and preference information locally, including:

This information is not uploaded to our own servers. The App does not provide a developer-operated account, cloud-save, or cross-device synchronization service. Local information may be deleted by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling the App.

Analytics information

Release versions of the App use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand feature usage, improve gameplay, and evaluate purchase and advertising flows. Depending on applicable law and your available privacy choices, Google Analytics may process app-instance identifiers, device and operating-system information, App version, approximate region, and interaction information.

Examples of App events and parameters include:

We do not intentionally send your name, email address, contacts, photos, messages, precise location, or payment details to Firebase Analytics.

Crash and diagnostic information

Release versions of the App use Firebase Crashlytics to detect and diagnose crashes, non-fatal errors, ANRs, and technical problems. Reports may include stack traces, error messages, App and device information, operating-system information, App version, Crashlytics installation identifiers, and technical logs or breadcrumbs used to understand the problem.

We do not intentionally add names, email addresses, message content, or payment information to Crashlytics reports.

Advertising information

The App may show optional rewarded advertisements and limited interstitial advertisements through Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device or advertising identifiers where available, IP address, general location, App information, consent signals, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver, limit, personalize, measure, secure, and prevent fraud in advertising.

Depending on your location and choices, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or otherwise limited. Choosing non-personalized or limited ads does not necessarily stop all processing because information may still be used for contextual ads, frequency capping, fraud prevention, security, and measurement.

Purchase information

The App offers optional one-time products, including cosmetic skin packs and Remove Ads, through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment. The App receives limited transaction information, such as the product identifier, purchase status, purchase token, and restoration result, so that it can finish the transaction and unlock or restore the product.

We do not receive or store your full payment-card or bank-account details.

Notification information

You may optionally enable a local reminder before the current glass timer reaches zero. The App requests notification permission only when you choose to enable a reminder. The reminder time is calculated from the locally stored timer and is scheduled on your device. The App does not use a developer-operated server to send marketing push notifications.

We process information for the following purposes:

Where required, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present and manage eligible privacy choices. Google Consent Mode may use those choices for advertising storage, advertising personalization, advertising user data, and analytics storage.

Where the option is available, you can review or change eligible choices through Settings > Manage privacy choices. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal. Crash diagnostics and certain limited advertising or security processing may continue where permitted by law.

5. Service providers and recipients

Information may be processed by:

We do not sell your personal data. Third-party providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. More information is available in the Google Privacy Policy, Google’s information for partner apps and sites, and Firebase privacy information.

6. International data transfers

Google and its service providers may process information outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area. Where required, such transfers are subject to safeguards described in the providers’ terms and privacy documentation.

7. Retention and deletion

Because the App has no user account and we generally see pseudonymous App or installation identifiers rather than your name, we may be unable to identify records as belonging to you without additional technical information. You can clear local App data or uninstall the App. Purchase records remain managed by Google Play.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a small mobile game. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The App is not directed to children. Its current intended target audience is users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly request a child’s name, contact details, precise location, photos, or other user-submitted content. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information by email may contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

10. Your data-protection rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data, receive portable data, and withdraw consent. You may contact us using the address below. We may need reasonable information to verify and locate the relevant data.

European users may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. In Denmark, the supervisory authority is the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, service providers, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated in the App or on Google Play where appropriate.
